Boardwalk is a three bedroom house situated between the beach the canal in Hythe and sleeps 5 in one double bedroom, one twin and a single bedroom with futon and desk.
Living space: You enter into the hallway with the lounge and dining rooms leading off to the right and the large fully equipped kitchen straight ahead. There lounge features a comfy sofa and chairs, coffee table and leads onto the large corner plot garden. In the lounge you’ll find a TV, DVD player and WIFI. The dining room is equipped with dining table and chairs, plus a high chair and the large kitchen is packed full of appliances and utensils. Upstairs you’ll find the single bedroom with pull out futon and desk, bathroom with shower over bath, twin and double bedrooms.
Outside: The kitchen and lounge lead out onto the garden complete with plenty of seating, a table and a BBQ.

No parties, stag or hen parties, no loud music at any time.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, therefore we ask guests to respect the neighbours and not play loud music at any time and not to make excessive noise after 10 at night.
This is a non-smoking property.
Please do not wear shoes on the carpeted areas in the house.
Pets allowed and charged at £25 per pet. Please confirm if bringing more than one dog.
When leaving please ensure all rubbish/recycling is put in the appropriate bins outside.
Please wash up load and turn on the dishwasher before departure.
Only guests who are part of the reservation may stay at the property, it must not be used as a venue for a get together.
