Skibo Court is a penthouse apartment and sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – one double and one twin.

Living space: You enter the apartment through the front door, go up a few steps into the hallway which gives you access to the apartment on one level.  In the lounge you’ll find a TV, seating area and dining table and chairs, offering stunning views towards the Queensferry crossing. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and  two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, each with clothes hanging racks. There’s a modern bathroom with shower over bath.

No parties, stag or hen parties, no loud music at any time.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area, therefore we ask guests to respect the neighbours and not play loud music at any time and not to make excessive noise after 10 at night. 

Balcony is NOT accessible at ANY time.

This is a non-smoking property.  

Please do not wear shoes inside.

No pets allowed.

When leaving please ensure all rubbish/recycling is put in the bin store. 

Please wash up load before departure.

Only guests who are part of the reservation may stay at the property, it must not be used as a venue for a get together.
