No.2 Folkestone is a basement level apartment situated opposite the beach and sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, with space for a travel cot.

Living space: You enter the apartment through the front door into the lounge and dining area, with the kitchen just off to one side. There’s a comfy sofa and chair, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen fit for a chef (the owner is a chef and culinary consultant so you’ll be hard pressed to find something that isn’t to hand). In the lounge you’ll find a TV (digital channels only, no aerial), DVD player and WIFI throughout the flat. Through the lounge you’ll find a hallway leading onto two spacious double bedrooms, each with clothes hanging racks, a modern bathroom with shower over bath and airing cupboard. You’ll find games, books, DVDs and more in the hallway and yoga matt and more in the master bedroom.

Outside: The main bedroom leads out onto a courtyard garden complete with seating, a small table and a BBQ.

House Rules

No parties, stag or hen parties, no loud music at any time.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area, therefore we ask guests to respect the neighbours and not play loud music at any time and not to make excessive noise after 10 at night.

This is a non-smoking property.  

Please do not wear shoes on the carpeted areas in the house.

No pets allowed.

When leaving please ensure all rubbish/recycling is put in the appropriate bins outside. 

Please wash up load and turn on the dishwasher before departure.

Only guests who are part of the reservation may stay at the property, it must not be used as a venue for a get together.
