Victoria Cottage is a three bedroom beamed cottage and sleeps 5 in two double bedrooms and one single with space for a travel cot.
Ground floor: You enter the cottage through the front door into the lounge and dining area, with the kitchen just off to one side. There’s a comfy sofa and chair, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. In the lounge you’ll find a TV, DVD player and WIFI throughout the flat.
First floor: Stairs lead off the lounge to the first floor of the cottage where you’ll find one double bedrooms and one single, each with clothes hanging racks and clothes storage and a modern bathroom with shower. You’ll find games, books, DVDs and more in the hallway.
Second floor: Stairs lead from the first floor landing up to the second floor where you’ll find a master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and clothes storage.

House Rules
No parties, stag or hen parties, no loud music at any time.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, therefore we ask guests to respect the neighbours and not play loud music at any time and not to make excessive noise after 10 at night.
This is a non-smoking property.
Please do not wear shoes on the carpeted areas in the house.
Pets allowed at £25 per pet.
When leaving please ensure all rubbish/recycling is put in the appropriate bins outside.
Please wash up before departure.
Only guests who are part of the reservation may stay at the property, it must not be used as a venue for a get together.
